Hanen Parent Training - Chat Well focuses on the child as a whole, including their social and emotional wellbeing. ​

Chat Well has Speech Pathologists trained in many of the Hanen programs, aimed at developing communication skills. The programs focus on supporting and empowering parents to use communication strategies during every day interactions. Chat Well focuses on the child as a whole, including their social and emotional wellbeing. 

 

These programs are delivered by a certified Speech Pathologist through a mix of small group parent trainings and video coaching sessions with caregivers and their children. A guidebook is also provided so that strategies are easy to understand and used outside of the clinic. The programs may vary in length but are generally about 10 sessions and run during the school term.
