Empowering children for the future.

Chat Well Allied Health is registered with Medicare, private health care funds and provide services to ‘self-managed’ or ‘plan-managed’ National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clients. You do not need a referral from your doctor to see our Clinicians however with certain plans from your doctor you may be able to receive a Medicare rebate.  You can self-refer by simply contacting us to make an appointment!

Initial Phone Consultation (10 minutes) - No Charge

We understand that looking for a therapist can be a confusing process to face alone, so we're happy to help you along the way. Contact us to speak to one of our friendly Clinicians and address your concerns. We will help you to determine whether your child is ready to begin therapy!

Our Adelaide Speech Pathology clinics are located in Greenacres and Mawson Lakes.

Funding Services & Rebates

Kids Speech Pathology Adelaide

A Chronic Disease Management  (CDM) Plan is a GP managed plan that provides a Medicare rebate for allied health services. A CDM Plan provides a maximum of 5 total rebates per calendar year.

A Helping Children With Autism (HCWA) Plan is  provided by a paediatrician, and provides up to 20 rebates for children under the age of 13. Please check with your child's paediatrician to determine eligibility.

Kids Speech Pathology Adelaide NDIS

The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is a Federal Government funding scheme to assist individuals diagnosed with a disability or chronic health condition. At Chat Well Allied Health, we assist 'Plan Managed' and 'Self Managed'  NDIS clients.

 

Private Allied Health services are covered under many health fund "Extras" policies. Please check with your private health insurer to find out if your policy covers your services and entitles you to a rebate.
